Activation and licensing
Enter a licence key, activate without internet access, and move a licence between machines.
A fresh installation runs as a full-featured trial for 14 days. No card is required and the trial does not turn itself into a paid plan. When it expires, comparison stops until a key is entered — nothing already written to disk is affected.
Activate online
Open the licence dialog
Help ▸ Licence, or click Activate on the trial banner.
Paste your key
Paste the full key exactly as it was issued, with no trailing space.
Activate
The application contacts the licence service once and confirms. This is the only outbound call SchemaSync makes.
Activate without internet access
Offline activation is available on Professional and Enterprise, for machines in air-gapped or tightly firewalled environments.
Generate a request code
In the licence dialog choose Offline activation. The application shows a request code tied to that machine.
Exchange it for a licence file
Send the request code to support@schemasync.in from any machine with a connection. You will receive a licence file in return.
Load the file
Back in the licence dialog, choose Load licence file. No further connectivity is needed.
Moving a licence to another machine
How many machines a licence covers depends on which one you bought. An Individual / Freelancer licence activates on one computer. A Professional licence covers one named user across every machine that person works from, so a desktop and a laptop do not need two licences. In either case, if you reach the activation limit — after replacing a machine, for instance — release the old activation from the licence dialog, or email support and we will release it.
