1. Agreement

By using this website or buying a licence you agree to these terms. They form an agreement between you and NG&NR Technologies Pvt Ltd. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Using this website

• You may read, print and share this site's pages for your own evaluation and internal purposes.
• You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, attempt to breach its security, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
• Our name, logo and the content of this site remain our property, except where third-party rights are noted.

3. Trial

The trial runs for 14 days from first launch and includes the full Professional feature set. It requires no payment details and does not convert into a paid plan on its own. Trials are for evaluation; using consecutive trials to avoid buying a licence is not permitted.

4. Orders, prices and tax

• Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are.
• An order is accepted when we issue your licence key, not when payment is authorised.
• We may correct an obviously incorrect price before accepting an order, and will tell you before charging anything.
• Invoices and purchase orders are available on Enterprise plans.

5. Refunds

Because the trial lets you evaluate the complete product before paying, we do not offer refunds as a matter of routine. We will refund in full if the software has a defect we cannot fix in reasonable time, if you were charged in error, or where consumer law in your jurisdiction gives you a right to cancel. Ask us — we would rather resolve it than argue about it.

6. Updates and support

A Professional licence includes twelve months of updates and email support from purchase. When that period ends the software keeps working and you keep every version released during it. Renewal is optional and restores access to newer releases and support.

7. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the databases you connect to and for having authority to make the changes you apply. Do not use the software to access systems you are not authorised to access.

8. Warranties and liability

This website is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will always be available or error-free. Warranties covering the software are set out in the licence agreement.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place an order, and material changes take effect only for orders placed afterwards.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumer protection law in your own country may give you the right to bring a claim there.
